Renowned as the Home of the Roma Cup, Roma is located in south-west Queensland approximately 5.5 hours west of the state’s capital, Brisbane. With a population of 8000 residents and around 2000 FIFO workers (hello Oil and Gas industry) every week, we are abuzz with hi-vis shirts, bustling 4WDs and the odd Akubra. The largest store cattle sale centre in the southern Hemisphere means that the Bush is still at the centre of our culture and economy.
